Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Precision Pro Holdings operates the PrecisionPro member hub. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. Contact us at info@precisionpro.io with any privacy request.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), display name, avatar and join date.
• Membership information: your WHOP member identifier and the tier your active membership maps to.
• Content you create: forum threads, replies, reactions, direct messages, uploaded images and files, reports and feedback.
• Tool data: saved calculator results, protocols, peptide items and dose logs you record.
• Usage data: pages viewed, thread view counts, reputation and activity signals, and standard server logs including IP address and browser type.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising networks or third-party ad trackers on the hub.

• To operate your account, apply tier access and keep the hub secure.
• To display your posts, profile and reputation to other members as you direct.
• To provide the calculators, protocol tracker and other member tools.
• To moderate the community, investigate reports and enforce our rules.
• To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

4. Health-adjacent information

Protocols, dose logs and calculator entries you save are private to your account by default. Sharing is opt-in: if you enable the profile share toggle, other members can see the protocol name and week range only — never your dose amounts. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, and information you post publicly in the forum is visible to other members, so use discretion.

5. Service providers

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We share only what is needed to run the Service.

• Hosting and application infrastructure.
• Managed database, authentication and file storage for accounts, content and uploads.
• WHOP, for membership purchase, billing and verification of your active tier.

6. Legal disclosure

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, member safety, or the integrity of the Service.

7. Retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security or audit reasons. Moderation and audit records may be retained longer in de-identified form.

8. Security

Access to member data is protected by authenticated sessions and row-level database policies, so members can only reach the records they are entitled to. Administrative functions are restricted to staff accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

• Access or correct your profile information from Settings at any time.
• Delete individual posts, protocols and saved calculations from within the hub.
• Request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing info@precisionpro.io.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law; we honour verified requests regardless of location.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete such accounts when identified.

11. Changes

We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will also be announced inside the hub.
