Refunds, Billing & Cancellation

How billing works

PrecisionPro memberships (Bronze, Silver and Gold) are sold and billed exclusively through WHOP. WHOP is the merchant of record: it takes payment, stores your payment method, issues receipts and manages renewals. We never see or store your card details.

Renewals

Memberships renew automatically each month at the price shown when you joined until you cancel. Any price change will be communicated before it takes effect on your account.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid membership at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Cancelling during the trial keeps access until the trial expires and prevents the first charge.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your WHOP account under your PrecisionPro membership.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• When the membership lapses, your hub tier drops to the free level and gated features lock. Your account, posts and saved protocols are preserved.

Refunds

Because membership grants immediate access to digital content, tools and community areas, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial months. If you were charged in error, were double-billed, or could not access the hub because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

To request a review, email info@precisionpro.io within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the WHOP receipt. WHOP's own purchase policies also apply and may give you additional rights.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most billing issues are resolved quickly. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended pending resolution.

Termination by us

If we terminate an account for a serious violation of the Terms or Community Guidelines, no refund is issued for the remaining period.
