Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Precision Pro Holdings ("PrecisionPro", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing through WHOP, or otherwise accessing the PrecisionPro member hub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any law governing the possession, handling or use of the compounds discussed on the Service.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Sharing, reselling or transferring access is prohibited.
• Notify us at info@precisionpro.io immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Membership tiers and billing

Access is sold as Bronze, Silver and Gold monthly memberships. All subscriptions are processed, billed and renewed by WHOP, not by us directly. Your tier inside the hub reflects your active WHOP membership and may change automatically when that membership changes, lapses or is refunded.

5. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, resell, republish or redistribute the hub's content, tools, calculators or member discussions.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the posts, comments, protocol entries, messages and files you submit. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving it.

You represent that you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Sourcing, advertising, brokering or soliciting the sale of any compound, vendor list or supplier contact.
• Giving another member personalised dosing, prescribing or treatment directives.
• Presenting yourself as a licensed clinician when you are not, or impersonating any person or organisation.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or sharing another member's private information.
• Posting content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that contains malware.
• Automated scraping, credential sharing, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass tier gating or moderation.

8. No professional relationship

The Service is an information and community platform. Using it does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or any other professional relationship. See our FDA & Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Tools and calculators

The reconstitution calculator, half-life calculator, protocol tracker and related utilities are informational aids. Outputs depend entirely on the values you enter. You are solely responsible for verifying every result before relying on it for any purpose. We do not warrant that any calculation is accurate, complete or fit for a particular use.

10. Moderation and termination

We may warn, time out, suspend, remove content from, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our discretion and without refund. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your WHOP membership and requesting account deletion.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or current.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION PRO HOLDINGS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, MODERATORS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, HEALTH OUTCOME, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Assumption of risk and indemnification

You assume all risk arising from any decision you make in connection with information found on the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Pro Holdings from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

14. Third-party services

The Service links to and relies on third parties including WHOP (membership and billing), our hosting and database providers, and external research sources such as PubMed. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced inside the hub. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, FDA & Medical Disclaimer, Refunds policy and Community Guidelines, form the entire agreement between us.
